My first "real" job was with a non-profit in the Caribbean.

Days were spent on the road visiting schools, and nights in the office

planning activities and events for students.

I had endless conversations with young people, always searching

for new and creative ways to make an impact.

It was the job that shaped the course of my life. ​​

Since then I've built a work life that's anything but ordinary.

For more than 12 years I lectured in Business while simultaneously

operating small businesses in the food sector. I've freelanced as a Creative Project Manager

on marketing campaigns. I moved to Australia where I became Marketing Lead

in the mental health space. And had one of my most surprising and

rewarding experiences in Retail at Myer, working my way from Safety Administrator

to Customer Service Manager, learning to grow and thrive

in the bowels of a massive organisation.

My eye is always on the possibilities, the things I can do simultaneously,

the things that would take me out of my comfort zone

and diversify my career even more.
